Hemp Nog!
( if you want a Cacao version, simply add appx 1-2 TBSP cacao powder)
For 2 serving:
1 cup raw hemp seeds
5-6 dates
1 banana
dash of nutmeg
dash of vanilla
12 – 16 oz water or coconut water
If you don’t have a powerful blender (like a VitaMix), you will need to grind the hemp seeds first in coffee grinder. Soft dates like fresh Barhi dates work well, but if you are using a drier dates…
the dates need to be soaked in water for an hour or so until they are soft. Blend all ingredients and serve.

I call it The Turbo Power Shake (b/c thats what it really is)
The Turbo Power Shake (serving of 4 tall glasses):
2 ripe banana
2 cups home made coconut milk (or can pre soak 1 cup of coconut or coconut shreds with 2 cups of boiled water overnight)
2 cups home made almond milk (or can pre soak 1/2 cup almonds with 2 cups of boiled water overnight)
2 tbsp raw cacao nibs (or powder)
2 tbsp hemps seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
splash of vanilla extract
dash of nutmeg
dash of cinnamon
dash of cardamom
sprinkle of natural sweeter such as sugar cane sugar, stevia, agave nectar, honey (optional as the ripe bananas will give it a natural sweetness)
Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend for a minute or 2. Serve chilled 🙂
